The HQ region doesn't load
Does anyone know how to fix this issue with HQ, the region just doesn't load properly?

That looks corrupted unless the decrypt command was used to get some cheeky free stuff.?

If it isn't a decrypt gone wrong, I'd try a game restart if still no go exit game and clear game cache and restart game.

I had cleared the cache, but it hadn't solved the issue. After your solution, I reinstalled the game, and now it works fine. However, I ended up losing that world due to corruption in the first generation. :steamsad:

It seems like your world is messed up, the world file is corrupted. You need to create a new world
