I'm playing co-op with a friend and both of us thought we had completed a side quest or maybe picked up blueprints for the pizza and veggie burgers. However, both still are locked. Without giving any spoilers, can anyone who knows how those items are unlocked tell me if we are mis-remembering (b/c they're actually unlocked later in the story or something)? Otherwise, we may have a bug.

We're currently at the main quest to create the antenna and we've done all of Bill's side quests and about half of the HQ trio's side quests.
