I got stuck in a warehouse house storage crate once trying to glitch into it to cheese a raid safe farm.

Got proper stuck in the wall of the crate & must've looked like one of the ship crew of the USS Eldridge in the Philadelphia experiment until I placed a seat near the container and pressed "Use" to transport myself out.

Never leave home without a toilet seat / seat.
If you haven't got a seat of some description in your inventory then you're playing the game wrong. :)

Death should come soon enough and you'll end up re-spawned next to a work bench where I'm sure you'll probably craft a seat and carry it everywhere.
