Can't place graffiti on a wall.
When I try to add graffiti, it won't let me add it to a wall, but it will let me place it in an open tile. The single tile graffiti's work ok, but the 3-tile ones don't. Anyone else had this issue? I've tested it in SP and MP with no other mods turned on so not a conflict issue.
