Messed up settings with mod "Building Menu", cannot change these settings.

I've tried everything I can think of to alter these variables in "SandboxVars", but every time I change it, it reverts back to the original setting.

Settings messed up are Consumable Materials, specifically the Blow Torch/Propane Torch.

This is realy need me in 42 build. I hope this mod will be in 42 build someday.

I noticed you mentioned in January 2025 that a build 42 would take some time, which I understand. It's just yours was the best in 41 and now we're on 42 and miss your mod. There are similar but not at your level.

Awesome mod! Just letting you know the fossil walls don't line up correctly, they have a small gap between them.

under furniture im only seeing bookshelves and dressers. is that all there is to build or am i missing a magazine or something to be able to build tables etc.?

Why can't I turn fences that make corners to different orientations? They seem to only make a northwest corner. Tried dragging the mouse and also pressing R but neither work.

How do I enable the Appliances and Furniture in the building menu tried looking through the snadbox setting but still kinda new so not sure where to look or how. ty

can i recommend a tilepack to be an addon somewhere?

Is anybody having problems with building like a custom wall or floor and then not being able to remove it? I placed a windowed wall wrong - and I can't delete it. Can't take it down with carpentry or knock it over with an axe. Any suggestions?

Is anyone else experiencing a weird issue that built doors will just randomly break for no apparent reason inside a base?

@qpHavok Survival category isn't showing up for me either. I've enabled just about everything I can for the sandbox options and it just doesn't apply to my server. Everything is still default for the building menu, but all my other sandbox options apply

It is working perfectly fine on solo but its not working at all on my server even with no other mods installed. I can't find any fix to this issue as it seems I'm the only one having it (I am not playing on build 42)

hey guys any reason why I cant see my building menu add ons in game? it just has the general building tab :( thanks for any help

(BUILD 41) if you activate build menu in a multiplayer server while another player is driving a vehicle, it will instantly desync the car for other players (not visible to driver).

tested this again in a fresh multiplayer server with only build menu for mods and all default/vanilla settings.

@ebalo Dude, it specifically tells you not to use propane torch fix, propane units can be edited in sandbox, you have a redundant mod which is the propane fix in this case. A bigger issue i just discovered is on my multiplayer server in which I have a user that totally gets out of sync after opening the build menu itself

How can I rotate the roofs so that they face south and west instead of just north and east? I can't build a roof when the roof tile only faces two out of four given directions.

building menu has an inbuilt torch settings, that allow the torch to have the same amount of fuel as the fix mod
the fix mod is not needed with build menu mod
just go to sandbox settings of build menu mod and give the propane torches desired amount of fuel

Hi! I’ve found a conflict between this mod (Building Menu [B41.78]) and 41.78+ Propane Torch Fix [B42 Supported].
The problem is that when Building Menu is enabled, the propane torch reverts to having only 10 units of capacity, making it nearly useless for vehicle dismantling and efficient welding skill leveling.
I’ve also tried changing the load order to give Propane Torch Fix higher priority, but no matter what, Building Menu seems to override it every time.
It would be great if you could update the mod to resolve this conflict or at least stop overriding the PropaneTorch item. Thanks!

None of the roofs on the ExtraNoise's Newburgs tab have flat roofs. This caused construction to stop.

can you make one for Erika's tiles?

The BuildingMenuDaddyDirkieAddon just refuses to work on my server for some reason even after reinstalling twice.

the B42 version is not coming soon, the objects have been ported to the B42 build menu, but for walls I can't add wallpapers and paint because there is a vanilla problem with these objects, that's why painting and plastering have been removed from the game.

is there any sort of news on if or when this mod will be coming to b42?

I use bikini tools to automate dismantles, etc. Is there a way to disable dismantling tiles?
