Time reduction poll
*I have decided to extend the poll up until the end of october 1.,2023. as many people may be playing the game only over weekends and didn't have a chance to see the poll notice, so to give them fair oportunity to join the poll, poll is extended.*

With the growing number of comments regarding 120min timer and capturing enemy spawn points being the only way of winning in 10sec being too much i have decided to implement new solution for the battles. This poll is for you to voice your choice of the solution to be implemented.
Choices are as follows:

1. 65min battle timer with only way of winning as a defender remaining to capture enemy spawn point and winning in 10 sec

2. 90min battle timer but attacker needs to capture 3 flags to stop the Total defeat accelerated timer from ticking down (meaning as a defender you need to capture 21/24 flags to win faster)

3. no changes whatsoever

To join the poll please comment below the number in front of the solution you would rather see implemented (meaning comment "1", "2" or "3")

These are the only choices as this mod is still aimed to have longer battles with the ability to utterly destroy the enemy if you so wish.

Poll lasts to the 1. october 2023.

best option would be to take the results of the poll and release a seperate version with the chosen changes
so ppl that like this version can still use it, and ppl that want the mod with less time can use the other version

2 sounds like a better idea. Total defeat has effects on the units involved on the Campaign map and needing to capture the spawn points every time to end the battle would be annoying, would feel too gamey. With option 2 you can have an in-depth defence and move up in certain areas if you want to end the battle faster. It is a much better idea I think.

if attackers cant push out of their spawn and manage to get 3 flags, the match should just end lol, first flags are right outside spawn

the issue with 1 is if you have just a shuma garrison crap regiment defending but manage to hold off a whole russian division, you just wont have enough troops to push back and will have to wait 120 minutes for the russians to kill themselves on your bunkers
