Lol, I know that the people on the internet can be mean, but don't be able to afraid ask question.

Giving medkit to you is a bot only feature, I'm afraid. You can work around it by grabbing (and finding) a nearby defib, which would make you drop your medkit. Otherwise, search for a mod on the workshop. It's kind of weird because you can give them every other items. :P

Edit: You can swap them if they have a defib and you have a medkit. You can't give them medkit if either have nothing. Removed it out of my last statement, so there is no confusion.

try Admin system and use bind command:
bind <key> "scripted_user_func drop,first_aid_kit",
the first nearby bot will just automatically take the medkit.

I like Left 4 Bots 2 but here's the thing that I want to ask. Survivor Bot(s) can give me a medkit but I cannot give them medkit.
