Construction Queue Update is out!
Proud Victorians, Hear ye, Hear ye!

Today, Her Majesty Royal Engineers have tackled the mystery of the Country Construction Queue! With its secrets now open, all loyal citizens of the Empire are to rejoice and to reap the pleasures of these new delights!

  • Infrastructure prognosis is upgraded and now fully operational. It automatically updates and shows complete value, including all buildings under construction in the State and it's modifiers.
  • Infrastructure prognosis is naturally accompanied by the new alert. This allows you to see the problem and fix it the moment too many buildings are queued - long before they are actually built and cause actual low market access.
  • Market Goods are enriched with new additional balance - under construction. It shows additional orders that will appear after related buildings finish construction.
  • Finally, total Goods balance prognosis is added! It shows predicted balance after normal hires are finished and construction is done. Just queue some buildings, update balances and see the final value - no more need to calculate how much to build!

For our Middle Strata citizens we have additional features included:
  • Tooltips of additional balances in Market Goods were enriched with:
    • Potential mobilization balance after construction or hiring is finished. For example, Barracks after finishing building may additionally mobilize under some General and request +40% more. This is now calculated and shown as a possibility.
    • Conscripts mobilization balance after their hiring is finished. It is now shown that this hiring will also result in the increase of mobilization balance.
  • A new High Unemployment filter is added to the Map List! It shows only the States with high unemployment, so you can quickly select them to expand buildings and create jobs for the people.
  • A new hide buildings button is added to the Market. For large Empires it may be costly to show them, so it is now optional. For our Dominions learning to expand without these visible buildings a hint is added, that they can use RMB on the Goods row to quickly go to the Build Map List.

Our petty Laborers and Farmers were also not overlooked by Her Majesty. Here are some little pleasures they were also bestowed upon.
  • Buildings icons in the Map List are now transparent, rather than invisible, if they have reached the level cap. Now you can use RMB to, say, downsize them quickly to make space for the building you are trying to construct.
  • Labor icon is changed from unemployed+peasants to laborers everywhere. For example, this importantly saves space in the Map List and makes their value bigger.
  • Color is added to Goods balance in the Map List as it is in the Market.
  • The case, when building had exactly 0 workers was fixed and now correctly handled in hiring and not hiring Goods balance.

Bear ye well these facts in mind and through your efforts help spread this gladness!
Oh, and rumors say, that with this breakthrough more innovations are to come soon!
