"The Future" Update is out!
Proud Victorians, Hear ye, Hear ye once again!

Today, Her Majesty Royal Society of London for Improving Natural Knowledge have finished the ambitious task set forth by our beloved Queen to ensure the future of the rapidly growing economy of the Empire! The Time itself was put on a firm leash of our brightest minds and allowed us to peek into the future from now and forever. As a result, here are the newest luxuries all our loyal citizen are to enjoy!

  • Future jobs currently under construction are clear to see. It automatically updates and shows complete value, including all buildings under construction in the State and it's modifiers.
  • Naturally, total labor prognosis is now available. This allows you to see how much labor will be left after hiring and queuing more construction and thus, whether it is wise to do so.
  • Market Goods are enriched with yet another important prognosis - the price. It shows predicted price that will come to being in the future after normal hires are finished and construction is done.
  • Finally, building productivity prognosis alongside with average wage is added! It shows predicted productivity after normal hires are finished and construction is done - both in Map List and in Market (switch to it with hide Buildings button). In Map List just queue some Buildings, update balances and see the final value - oh, and it will be highlighted, if you are getting any of your Buildings in trouble in the future by your actions now!

For our Middle Strata citizens we have additional features included:
  • A brand new customizable Legitimacy alert is available! Select the threshold you don't want your Legitimacy drop to in the Topbar and get notified if that disaster happens!
  • Labor Auto and Jobs Auto are now cached in the Map List and so its responsiveness was increased.
  • Goods balance prognosis and price prognosis are added to standard Goods tooltips, so the future can be accessed from anywhere. Note, that they are accompanied by a warning, that a proper scientific procedure must be done beforehand (known in the Lower Stratas as "cache update") to make sure it is up to date.

Our petty Laborers and Farmers were again not overlooked by Her Majesty. Here are some little niceties they were also bestowed upon.
  • Market cache update is no longer triggered on viewing foreign markets.
  • A reddish outline was added to the Building in Map List if its running poor, akin to the State screen.
  • Right click menu was added to the Goods in Map List allowing some quick standard actions.
  • Small Buildings icons producing this Good in Map List are now preferred to take space, and only the rest goes to consuming Buildings icons.
  • Sizes of columns in Map List were tweaked which allowed to enlarge the infrastructure prognosis and fit the second PM of the railway.
  • The visibility of Goods Buildings in the Map List was fixed and now should not appear if there is not a single one under construction.
