I'm playing the austria hungary path and im trying to get to the reformist side where you get the event and become danubian federation (around 60% to the left), however i have taken all of the focuses and all of the decisions except the democratic one and im only at 44% and its moving the wrong way. Maybe its just a bug but otherwise there should maybe be a few more focuses/decisions to change the balance of power. Also, is there any cheat that makes the balance of power to move in a certain way?
