Open Steam.
Click on Library and then on Games.
Right-click on Hearts of Iron IV and from the menu that just opened select Properties.
Click on Betas, where you can click on the Beta Participation blue down arrow.
Select the version you want (1.14 or prior.)

You won't have the Götterdämmerung stuff, but in my opinion you're not missing out on too much.

We need it with special projekts

My game crashes whenever I try to play the mod

And it turns out I cannot read either. Lmao. Still, for anyone else, the mods not out yet. Please be patient.

@KyloRennifer2547 I would suggest joining the discord if you want to try and get more information, the mod itself is not finished, hence why it is not out. You will not be finding it on the Workshop until it is fully complete (presumably) though they have said its coming soon.
