The sword effect of Wargod is a constant flame, this one is a moving glow effect that runs along the blade (it also has flames but it moves along with the glow).
Blade Fury particle effect in this one is "solid"
War God particle effect has a different and finer (better) look.
For the Omnislash, both items are following a blue color scheme (Aghanim Scepter has a blue crystal so blue is the preferred color for the intended effect)
TLDR; I dunno where these guys are coming from with the plagiarism accusations.
It looks similar, but it isn't stolen.
