my idea just came to me when designning logo for AMHC. the original idea was just imaging it to be a blade, and I dont think there is anything to do with that item besides the name aghanim. actually it is easy to have the idea of aghanim when it comes to this hero. and the model was the most vital. I think my blade is unique.

With that aside, I don't think the accusations are really legit.
The sword effect of Wargod is a constant flame, this one is a moving glow effect that runs along the blade (it also has flames but it moves along with the glow).
Blade Fury particle effect in this one is "solid"
War God particle effect has a different and finer (better) look.
For the Omnislash, both items are following a blue color scheme (Aghanim Scepter has a blue crystal so blue is the preferred color for the intended effect)

TLDR; I dunno where these guys are coming from with the plagiarism accusations.
It looks similar, but it isn't stolen.

sry I was really pissed off. if u watch closer, u will find there is nothing we copyed from other items including blade of war god. leave ur comments if got any questions.

guys, the idea is just so simple and generic that plagirism rly doesn't apply here.. I get it if it was something rly inricate with alot of detail and a specific theme that like no one would come by in a million years.. blue generic katana with a blue colorswap is just too generic to be rly considered stolen intelectual property.. Like rly, you can't copyrite the color blue.. and it's the default effects with a different color value.. if anything Valve should be against it as you are in a way selling them their own stuff back at them..

ps:gratz on finding Position on path sequential.. but I think you should either increase the particle count so the spurts are a bit longer or just have the flame flicker at the tip of the blade as you have it in the marketing img or have the tip always on fire and have like the standart effect constantly feeding it so it stays aflame.. maybe lower the time on the movement lock to control point to like 0.5 so when he runs you kinda have the flame leave a bit of itself in the air behind him, looks more like an actual flame that way..
