I'm going to revamp elf faces for sure, and look into the hand problem.
I'm also still working on fixing the super growth effects, I actually plan on making super grown turn all of the races more like the orc body in the future.
I might add another preset for the orcs with the fangs removed, and bulk up the Tigran males.
The dragon idea sounds amazing but it might be a while before I can add something like that, and I'm still learning on adding to the sliders in the menu, so it might also be a bit before I can add more skin colors. I do intend to though!
About your reply, I'm glad! I will definitely give it a shot to the supergrowth improvement... I'm currently using a mix of supergrowth with no transformations alternative enchantment and supergrowth doesn't make you taller.
But is it that I just had bad RNG or didn't notice those changes applying to the rest of the elven soldiers (the army instead of just the heroes)? I'm imagining right now that your changes are to files that affect heroes and rulers, you may want to look into making these changes to the foot soldiers too!
I haven't had too much time to play so maybe I'm wrong and it is working for all the cultural/race units too. Let me know.

Hey. updated! Don't know if it is my game but the hair isn't matching the new faces (ignore the ruler in the images above, it is just for lighting purposes)
Edit: Guess the image site I just used sucks, it is all pixelated but hopefully it gets the point across.
Pictures above are your modded Elves, and modded Humans as comparison. Only Elves have the problem right now where the faces don't fit the hair due to them looking bad with fine faces and bad hair. Humans are polished right now, and they can get given a retouch later but faces the new elves faces are working.
