No Arnor Ranger Armour at the Imladris store
I heard that there was all new Arnor armours so I was excited to check them out. However, the new Ranger armours never spawn at the Blacksmith at the Rivendell camp. Only the Elf sets and the heavy Arnor sets ever spawn.

Thanks for the report, I'll take a look. However, if it turns out to need fixing, the fix will likely not show up in existing savegames. So, I'd recommend you check out the "find an item" cheat in the dev menu.

Even with cheat menu you can't get dudedain armor with cloak. It looks so good, i really want it

Yes, you cannot get specific modifier versions via the cheat menu.
But the issue should be fixed in the nightly patch, please try that.

It looks like this is still a problem in the latest steam version. No cloaked versions of dunedain armor. :(

Well, after 3 in-game weeks of waiting at Rivendell camp and checking the shop every day I finally had one set of cloaked armor appear. Maybe they should be a little less rare?

It's at 60% abundance compared to plain modifier items, so not so rare at all. You can increase the amount of items for sale by increasing your barter skill and your relation to the camp.
