This is esp true and bad when playing as orcs vs elves - their archers are killing your troops while both armies are at spawn point with their high range bows and insane skill while your army is still trying to arrange their formation and you don't have the luxury to spend any troops in orcs vs elves battles since a lot will be dying on their way and when they arrive anyway....
