Where's the Mayor of Pelargir?
I wouldn't ask if I hadn't already scoured the area searching for him. Anyone know where he's hiding?

You can go to the mod's settings as follows: Camp, Change TLD options, Town NPC's always accessible from menus. This way you won't have to search for the dude

With the setting I mentioned above you can access him without finding the guy first. And there is not so many points to get, like 1-2 max, you can easily get them other way
