They should not be as tall as trolls or ents, not even Beorn was that big.
thanks for the reply. I searched some stuff about their size and there is nothing official from Tolkien's work so idk. But some have estimated about 3,5 meters or so based on a line about Bilbo being able to pass under Beorn's legs as if it were a door.
Not totally related, but to impersonate my own Beorning better I edited his stats and made him about 50% stronger with 50% more ironflesh.
