Charisma and Rank points
Hello and thanks for this awesome mod,

unfortunately most of the information out there is signficantly outdated.

I have read in one of the patch notes that Charisma now increases rank points and influence gain? Is this true and are there any thresholds (like for example CHA 9 for douple points, etc)?

That's true, as is stated in the attribute description: Improves your standing with people and factions.
If you're interested in numbers: It's a linear increase, 12 CHA defaults to 1.
