Mission to deliver supplies to Dol Guldur

I got a mission to deliver supplies to the camp chief in Dol Guldur, but having searched the fortress for an hour, cannot find the chief. I thought Master Fuinur or the camp supplier may have taken them but there's no option. Is there a chief here, somewhere I am not looking? Thanks.
