NPC special items (from soldiers and warlords). How do I get these things?

I recently started playing this mod and first of all I want to say to the developers: Thank you so much!
Mod is amazing! everything is done exсellent! You did a very good job!

I'm playing a Rhun campaign. The war began not so long ago and I noticed that some items of warlords and soldiers can not be purchased either through merchants or through cheats. For example, the rhun chieftain helm of the warlords (Jarl Helcaroth,Kusulak etc.) has bigger horns than version available from cheats (I also did't find it from the merchants). So how do I get this helmet (because it looks amazing!)?
If necessary, I can show screenshots that prove that these are two different helmets.

I think the cheat list for all the items has those, but sometimes the item icons don't match what the item looks like, so you have to play around.

I think that every soldier is also recruitable through cheats, like standard bearers.

There is no problem in recruiting soldiers. How playing around will help me to obtain those items, because these things can only be obtained through cheats? Should the items cheat list update over time? I've been playing for a while and haven't noticed any changes yet.

I really want to get this helm because it looks just fascinating.

The better the helmet, the larger the horns. Did I understand correctly?
If so, then how to get this item with a good modifier, if it can be obtained only through cheats?

You're right. After wandering around the world, I found this item in the store. The appearance really depended on the quality of the modifier.
