MedPod Compatibility
Hospital guests do not use MedPods even though they are set to industrial or higher meds. Going to let the MedPod author also know about this. Great mod I love it!! Besides end game world conquering play it fits into my modpack very very nicely.

New medpod issue, unless the patient is unable to move, they will get out of the medpod if other pawns place them there.

I will have a look at medpods. It probably has a different behaviours than a vanilla medical bed.

v1.4:
- patients will use medpods

did a quick test though, so not sure if it all works as expected. But they preferred the medpod above a normal hospital bed

Yes, medpods now work nicely. Didnt had problems with them in like 10h of gameplay

I think by the time you are building medpods, I assume you are not really caring anymore about a few silver or small goodwill gains. And on top of that, you can't level up (or prevent decay) of the medical skill of your pawns, which is a rather valuable thing as well.

I'm having the opposite problem: patients using my MedPod despite not being allowed to. I unchecked the Hospital Bed widget on the pod, but patients still make a beeline for it. After I just built a massive hospital with all the bells and whistles for roleplaying purposes, this is kind of a bummer ^^. Any chance you might look into this? I'm really enjoying your mod otherwise :-).

I'll have a look. Guess medpod is using non-vanilla code for the patient-bed-selection, so it needs its own harmony patch

@Sumatris, I am not sure what I do wrong, but I can't reproduce this. In my testgame I have a hospital bed set to accept patients and a medpod not to accept patients. My available beds says 1 bed available. And everytime the patient is dismissed a new patient comes in and only goes to the hospital bed, never the medpod.
I tried switching the mod order around as well, but no effect.

@ Adamas: Thanks for all your effort in trying to find the root cause, I highly appreciate it :-). I'm running close to 600 mods in parallel right now, so I guess there's just some obscure conflict somewhere that messes with your mod and the MedPods. Thankfully, I found that forbidding my MedPod in general prevents patients from using it, and since I rarely need it for my own pawns, I will use this as a workaround for the time being. Keep up the good work, and thanks again! :-)

Looks like MedPod compatibility is broken in the newest update, patients won't use it and instead go to an empty colonist bed. Tried sedating a patient and placing them on the MedPod, but there isn't an option to place them in it.

I've got an issue where as long as i have MedPod Active (whether i have medpods built or not) where patients will refuse to use appropriately designated beds even if the are requesting a surgery (which obviously can't be performed at a medpod)
I had an 'issue' where a patient with a missing eye arrived for a glass eye implant, used a Medpod, regenerated his eye then refused to leave until I replaced his newly regrown eye with a glass eye. Not really an incompatibility issue, just humorous.
