Question and Answer
Q: There is a DLC icon in the bottom left corner of my screen that is grayed out. Does that mean the mod doesn't work?

A: Nope, that is normal and I haven't found a way to bypass that yet.

Q: Is it possible to learn more than three commander traits? The decision disappears after my character has three.

A: You can learn more it is from the travel event where you spend a large amount of gold for either a terrain trait or reckless.

Q: I had your Eye of an Expert, and it gave my weapon an effect that is useless to me since I cannot raid. Is there anything you can do about it.

A: There is not, I have not thought of how to make it an option to remove it. All Reavers will grant raid speed no matter what.

Q: May I ask why reckless and cautious leader cannot be learned ? too strong ?

A: I just never found either of these traits as good to have while other traits were just better overall.
