"Living with the Land" agenda has no icon
The "Living with the Land" agenda has no correspondent icon in-game, even though the file is in the mod's folder. I guess it needs some adjustment in the code to load it properly.

The mod is missing the council_agendas.gfx file to tell what icon to select.
