Maybe add a whisperer skin mask as a retextured balaclava? :cherrypie:

+1 to what ethel said. Something like a mask should have a condition system like with the susceptible mod to determine how long it can be useful but be able to be fully usable in rainy weather as there isn't really anyhting there to wash off. Also Maybe make it so you need to do a zombie walk animation to keep your cover when up close to zeds similar to what they do in TWD.

Fantastic work! +1 for conditions like rain situations.

I think it would be amazing to have some sandbox options those things:
- Showing a mask or not
- For how long the camoflage works on normal contions
- If the rains affects or not
etc

A hygeine/scent mod would be really cool next. Basically zombies are more attracted to you if you or your clothes are bloody or dirty and if you have an open bleeding wound. Using perfume or cologne would temporarily negate any scent attraction, and maybe it could be possible to lure zombies with Immersive Medicine bloodbags.

A sandbox option for duration would be great, as would one to control how effective it is.

For rain, maybe a good way to implement washing the camouflage off, if you plan to implement that, would be to have it decrease duration by a factor of X, where X is a value controlled by a sandbox setting allowing the player to control how fast rain wears it off (or not at all). Alternatively, perhaps the wetness moodle could be used to decrease duration with each moodle stage, wearing off instantly at maximum wetness. Maybe not reduce duration by as much if the precipitation is snow?

My suggestion is using this disguise for too long and without wearing gas mask or bandana should make you queasy but not infected like standing near pile of corpse for too long for a trade off because this would be too OP without any drawback.

Maybe certain traits prevent queasy? Like desensitized or strong stomach or something like that

I think you already saw the True Crawl mod, since it adds a meter that shows how visible we are, do you think this mod is compatible with that meter?

A setting in percent of how effective camouflage is. To allow absolute hiding at any range or distance versus partially. Example in Dying Light it is extremely effective. As the mod is I can't even tell if its properly working or not. So it would be nice to set its "effective power".

would be really cool if when it rains the camo gets washed away like in TWD show. also maybe add some limping animations to try to blend in maybe using a keybind.

would be cool if you have a very small chance of infection every time you use this (like 2-5%) would balance it quite nicely, and makes sense that if you are wearing zombie goop, you can get infected. A risky move for a good payout

As of now you can't shout with camouflage on; some way to make the camouflage stay but be able to shout(if you can't make the player shout at least some sort of active sound like a 50 sound radius revolver sound or anything) so you can move the zeds as you wish

If you didn't already, I suggest making it so the camouflage immediately stops working if the zombies see you do stuff that zombies normally can't do: attack one of them, run, walk (let them only be fooled by crouching), shooting firearms or applying camouflage. This would add a healthy portion of limitation to this rather good, but maybe a bit too powerful ability.

Also maybe the character should refuse applying camo in certain conditions (when too queasy or with certain traits).
