Constuction pannel problem

I want to build trenches, but i can't acces other trenches forms but the straigt one on the pannel. Sometimes, the turning one appears, then disapears, how can i do to build what i want to build, when i want to ??? And is there a button to turn constructions without clicking ? Thanks

just use the regular soldier to dig the trench
