T-1 Peasent pikeman(evolve to Pikeman t2). Militia swordsman(evolve to defender t2), archer
T-2 Bannerman, Pikeman, Defender
T-3 Knight. Longbowman(idc something looks like professional archer)

I really like your forester and shieldmaiden design, man It's look awesome. But on my mind feudal doesn't need skirmisher units at all.
All faction should be unique in terms of unit type, some cons and prons. I think my variant of feudal roster looks simple but strong and feels feudalish)
T-0 Scouts
T-1 Sunderer, Warior, War hounds from houndmaster( hounds feel primal, suite them well, has nice synergy with t1 skirmisher because y can make fast 40 movespeed rush/hunter army)
T-2 Shaman, fury, wild witch
T-3 Berserker, Raider (mounted axe/shield or single 1h axe fighter. I dont know can y put single one-handed weapon. It's feets well for barb, and its unique, because it's not shock cavarly like another factions. Also has nice synergy with mounted racial trait.
T-4 Idc. Mb Tribe Chosen(some kind of skirmisher troop)
Industrial need any skirmisher unit(for the glory of Empire, there our velites?)
Dark culture, t-1 slaves, no weapon,no armor, extra cheep unit. No morale lose for army then die
