Biomes! Caverns Plant Use Cheatsheet
Crops:
Dulcis - Berries analog (It's not considered fungi for ideo stuff)
Starchstalk - Potato analog
Mortal Morel - Healroot analog (gives fungal medicine)
Kessinger - Hay analog
Chromacap - Tinictoria analog (gives dye)
Abyssal Grapes - Fruit, slow growing but the food takes ages to rot
Moonless Stripes - Textile fungis, durable as heck and inflammable textile
Jade glint Fungus - Psychite-like plant, can be refined into a stronger drug
Nogtyl - Tree analog (gives normal wood)

Upcoming crop additions:
Grey lady - Cotton analog, gives cotton when harvested
Fibershroom - Fibercorn analog, gives fungal logs
Mycelium - Grass analog, can be planted, unlike grass in vanilla.
Capscool - Gives a cooling salve drug, allowing for higher heat tolerance

Special Function Fungi:
Heatsink fungus - Draws in heat from rooms it's in.
Ravelmush - Cleans up 1 filth around it every few seconds
Boomspore shroom - Produces spores that can be refined into chemfuel (it's getting fixed)
Poptop - Firefoam analog, puts out fires nearby

My experience with them

Dulcis - yeah, basically berries copypasta, but usually not worth cultivating because:
Starchstalk is also raw tasty and not a fungus
Mortal morel is worse than gleamcap since you can't use it to make medicine
Kessinger is actually a rice copypasta, needs a lot of work and has low yield, you better grow anything else
Abyssal grapes looks like an optimal thing to grow in most cases
Ravelmush is very powerful at keeping are clean but is a bit of pain to set up

Huh, I could have sworn we had it so dulcis are not considered fungus when eaten.... maybe it got changed and no one mentioned it haha.
We'll be fixing the mortal morel medicine thing, and kessinger is meant to JUST be a hay analog, which is also fixed for the next update.
Ravelmush will be plantable after some research in the next update too :D

I'm fascinated with Royal Bracket. It spawns inside my base rooms, but cannot be cultivated.

By the way, the down-left corner info about several fungi looks like "Royal bracket)" instead of "Royal bracket (48% grown)".

Royal Bracket among others only spawn on stone with the integrated Caveworld Flora mod

I want to say that Fungal forest is absolutely fantastic. It also combines greatly with Tuneller meme and Alpha genes mod: there are moth wings and antennae! Crystalline and Depth biomes look very hard to play (no edible wild plants?)

Considering balance: edible mushrooms in your mod grow in 5 days and give 3 units, while Nutrifungus from Ideology gives 14 units in 6 days.

CC and ED are definitely hard to play in, they're meant to be a challenge. They do both spawn dulcis on occasion, though!
I believe that the yield you mention is something we changed in the update today if you're talking about dulcis?

How i grow Giant leaf? Because it will die when exposed to light, but if not exposed to light, it will not grow.

Ohhh those ones. They're not really meant to have a high yield? They're mostly wild plants and decor.

No, I mean it requires a lot of work for a little yield.

Kessinger grows in 3 days, yields 6 (2/day).

Vanilla hay grows in 7 days, yields 18 (2.6/day).

So vanilla hay is 35% more efficient in terms of space usage, and 130% more efficient in labor usage.

In fact it is so inefficient than you would be much better feeding animals dulcis which yields 16 in 7 days which is just a little under vanilla hay efficiency.
