Also, in single player, the Ottomans never join the war. Tagging to them shows that they receive the call to arms from Germany, Austria, and Bulgaria, but just don't accept the join wars request.
Finally, this isn't necessarily "broken" but in both playthroughs, I never saw a single British division on the front lines in continental Europe. The most I've seen is that they'll garrison a handful of ports in France. It's just weird to see a major player in WWI have 1% war participation
Please add focus description for the important ones or the ones with less-obvious consequence ones such as 'prepare invasion' for italy that then have a 180 day decision afterwards that means the balkan war is over before that is and then you cant do it.
