Sorry I am not interested in maintaining the mod on Skymods, you can use steamCMD to pull mods from workshop yourself. I can in the future maintain a git repository with packaged mod for local install, but it is not optimal solution as from my own testings, locally run mod rather than workshop breaks the saves upon major game update.

Sorry to hear that, already tried a few different SCMDs and their analogues. Nowhere supports Steel divison 2 and gives errors. Nexus is also empty, last hope was for skymods or at least a direct download link)

Try using your account for steamCMD, as far as I know anonymous login doesn't allow for workshop downloads anymore
