Resourceful2 Sawmill improvements dont Collect
Editing for visibility, you can remove the sawmill improvement from the files of the resourceful 2 mod and it reverts to lumber mill. This fixes it.

Resourceful2 mod. Any improvement that uses a sawmill is not recognizes by plant and breed and will not accumulate points.

This is true, it doesn't work with 'IMPROVEMENT_LUMBER_MILL' on resources that shold work like 'RESOURCE_BAMBOO', 'RESOURCE_OAK' and others.
It gives 0 seeds and bonus to District Farm.
ive fixed it by going into the sawmill modded folder, and removing the file which "added the sawmill" as a replacement for lumbermill. the resoures revert back to using lumber mill and you get seeds properly!!
