You cant. Scouting and Maps had a nasty issue of showing stations that were not there.

So, instead of going to a sector to see a Turret Factory "gone", there's just a [????] for affected stations.

That issue has been reported over and over before, but couldnt be fixed. That workaround should be better than misleading names.

This was changed with recent update, encyclopedia has not been updated yet.

You can find stations by visting economies - ex. Turret / Fighter factories appear at Manufacture & Military sectors.

Scout ships can be sent to visit sectors via galaxy map too. This will update list of stations.
