+5% firing speed
+5% clip size
+10% damage vulnerability
-10% health from healing sources
On kill: +15% speed boost for 5 seconds

This is the "Booster Shot", so I think a faster firing speed and speed increase on kill make sense.

when designing this I worked off the idea of a high pressure, high velocity heavy duty needle gun that would shoot smaller needles with high pressure. these would lead to a smaller arc and a high fire rate due to the belt loaded needles. positives offset by the smaller, weaker needles and a small gas canister that would most lead to reloading more often.


so basically my idea was

+Higher fire rate
+Less needle travel time/arc
-Reload more often
-Weaker needles

basically a not-exactly-hitscan-but-close sidegrade with about the same dps as a stock needler

Frankly, Con, that's stats that every needle gun should have. I played a bit of TF2C and the needles go considerably farther and faster, making it feel like a proper nail-gun replacement.

I dont think we need any new weapons for tf2... Its already perfect.

Engineer has two unlockable secondaries

Spy has one unlockable sapper, and two unlockable watches

Medic has three unlockable syringe guns, and 3 unlockable medi guns

There’s plenty of opportunities for new weapons

+40% projectile speed
Damage increases based on ubercharge percentage to a maximum of +40%
-25% clip size
-15% damage

Pros:
Boosts teammates hit by giving them a 25% speed boost for 3 seconds
Teammates hit also Receive +50% max HP (Max HP slowly returns to normal, like how the Gloves of running urgently work)
Hitting a teammate with A critical booster shot Gives them a 5 second Minicrit boost
+20% crit rate

Cons:
Wearer cannot receive Speed boosts of any kind
Critical hits from this weapon do no damage
50% damage penalty

One trigger pressed, there’s a .5 second delay
No random critical or mini crit hits

Will mini crit the first bullet it fires out of every mag but only when user is at max health

yes engi and medic needs new weapon
Pros:+10% fire rate , but when you crouch firing speed incresed to +50%
+25% slip size

Cons:+50% more spread
-10% damage
No randon CRITS

+ ÜberCharge percentage increases the Damage up to 30%
+ Secondary heal rate increased 20%.
- 20% slower firing speed.
