This is the "Booster Shot", so I think a faster firing speed and speed increase on kill make sense.
so basically my idea was
+Higher fire rate
+Less needle travel time/arc
-Reload more often
-Weaker needles
basically a not-exactly-hitscan-but-close sidegrade with about the same dps as a stock needler

Will mini crit the first bullet it fires out of every mag but only when user is at max health
