Since most of the mod has been discussed as far as I'm aware, I really don't feel like combing through dozens of pages to see if this was ever answered. How do the Spartan Augmentations work exactly? I've obtained the blueprints for all four generations but only Gen IV has been "learnable." The other generations just sit in inventory and don't seem to be usable. Am I missing something?
