Multi tool is nowhere to be found
I don't have it, therefore I can't solve puzzles or upgrade. I restarted the game but it's still not showing the tool.

You will find it, but you have to trick Jeff and search the next room thoroughly. Only then will you find the multitool:steammocking:

But before I get to Jeff is the lab that has upgrades. And I can't find the multi tool. So I have to trick Jeff before I can go back with a multi tool? You're joking me
