Ammo Free in Game?

Weird but uhm I usually play with CE and ammo always costs something but I uhm all the sudden on a new game the ammo is all free just requires the work.... Is that a setting or did something break?

All bullets, shells, ect are free for some weird reason.

Figured it out I verified my game integrity and it fixed it. I also had Error names on some ppl and factions I guess my game took a ♥♥♥♥ randomly.
