Is Combat Extended 1.4 not working? No matter what mods you disable?
Unsubscribe to the 1.3 version! It worked for me so it might work for others.

I unsubbed from everything. I've got a base version, on a fresh install of windows 11, and I only have Harmony and the new Combat Extended, and I'm getting an XML error on it. With all three expansion packs.
