How to decrease loading times (for all mods)
Right click Quick Access in Folder Explorer and Make sure "Hide extensions for known file types" is off.

Navigate to
C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\214950

Search for ".pack"

Copy all the files that appear, whilst making sure you recognize them as Rome 2 mods.

Navigate to
C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Total War Rome II\data

Paste them

Load Rome 2's mod manager, if the mod pictures are gone, it worked.
