Incompatible with Map Symbol Size Slider
This mod is causing the issue. https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2734705913

This is an amazing mod but does not work with change map symbol size... cahnging size of an icon then adding/moving an icon CHANGES ALL icons on the map. Yes every single one.

When you turn off faction map ingame with the black button (you can still have the mod enabled) the icon sizing works perfect.

Out of curiosity, when you say 'changes' the icons what do you mean? Changes the size of the icons? Replaces them with a different icon? If it's the former I might still use it despite the incompatibility.

I have also encountered this issue. However, it has changed for me: previously, the behavior was as described and the slider affected all icons/text on the map, but not it doesn't apply the sizing at all. No changes to mods loaded or mod order.

In my server we're having the same issues, but we love both mods. I hope the creators collab and fix it, now that would be awesome. :spiffo:

I've just found out about this activating and deactivating mods to see what was causing it. Does anyone know where to look to solve this? Any kind soul? I really enjoy both, they're really necessary when you get used to them.

The developer of Map Symbol Size Slider described in their comment section how to make this mod compatible. Hopefully it can be tackled soon! It's been frustrating to see all my MP symbols shrink down to be so tiny after trying to create nice big arrow markers for my friends to follow on the map.
