AP for Scarab
hi ppl! in vanilla version when i was using scarab - i was getting out of scarab game was getting from me 2 AP. its ok to make shot from Ares AR-1 Phoenix Assault Rifle ( or for any weapon which needs 2 AP ) and back get in Scarab. now in TFTV game gets from me 2 AP when i get out from Scarab and gets 1 more AP to get in. is it bag or is it mod?)

yea that's the unfortunate part of vehicles in TFTV.. Takes away from their utility, especially in scavenging missions

The vehicle rework did a lot of things. IMHO they are fantastic.
Clown car usage is still possible: leave + 1 AP action (e.g. mind control, Technician repair, Quick Aimed shot, looting crates, …) + reenter the vehicle.
There are two modules (one for Scarab, one for Armadillo) which manipulate the leave/enter cost.

I dunno, the AP is okay? But the HP/armor ratio seems off.

Have had a scarab with all yellow armor (because random bullets and such) blow up without taking any meaningful damage anywhere. Just a bit here, a bit there.... then explode.

If you want a tough vehicle bring an Armadillo.
Scarab is speedy in TFTV, but it will not last long time if you expose it.

As a piece of artillery, well protected, has a great value, thanks to Stabilisers and Ammo racks.
