Compatability with outpost expanded
not sure if it is hard to notice but i'm in a run with outpost expanded. does the research outpost work with this. it seems to not to work. Any one have a definite answer or fix

As far as I can see, it acts similarly to the supercomputers from VFE Mech, where it is adding to the research total, but not in any shown categories. It's instead reducing the required research total somehow.
