Cannot start a game - Black screen

I spend the hole night fixing a vehicle bug, and when I woke up in the next day I installed some new mods. When I tried to load my save (or create a new) I faced this bug.

I alredy tried to remove the new mods, tried loading in same mode, but nothing works.

Anyone knows how to fix it?
