@afmjr28 your error message is the same as when any other error occurs. It basically means "the game logic expected <something>, but <nothing> was found.

@afmjr28 Almost certainly a mod, although it could be *triggered* by an asset, so again, hard to say without seeing the logs.

@afmjr28 That is a generic error that can be caused by anything, but is usually because you've subscribed to an older mod that no longer works. Because it's so generic it's impossible to diagnose accurately without seeing a full output log; you are best off going to a generic CS support forum instead of posting on mod Workshop pages.

Bom dia, falo do Brasil, sou um apreciador desse jogo, e sigo esse mod. Preciso de ajuda, não sei mais o que faço.Percebi recentemente que não tenho mais em meu jogo a prefeitura, universidade, a roda gigante europeia, câmara dos deputados, shopping, enfim parece que não carrega com o jogo, edificios unicos EURO. o que pode ter acontecido, alguém já passou por isso? Desde já agradeço.

Additionally, if you're ever trying to troubleshoot and ask for help, everyone is going to assume you have LSM installed. If for no other reason that to conform to the standard that people expect, you should install this mod.

If you want to check for mod errors - this is the mod to do it. Features logging of game assets (check options) of vanilla, DLC or mods, which is awesome identifying problems. 10/10 mod.

You can still disable unwanted game content of various types, and texture sharing may still help for default assets.

@G1NT This mod is no different from other mods. When you use any mod, achievements are disabled by default. Use the Game Anarchy mod to re-enable them.

@algernon I seem to have the same issue as @ARW. I tried resubscribing to the mod and creating a new playset in Skyve with only Loading Screen mod active. Nonetheless, it does not seem to work.

@ARW That would be something specific at your end. First thing to check is if you've been a victim of the Steam bug where it randomly deletes mods even when you're still subscribed - is the mod actually still there? Try unsubscribing and resubscribing, or use Skyve.

This doesn't appear to be working for me on the loading screen anymore, its returned to the basic version. No one else seems to be commenting the same though.. ?

@steppingfire It certainly was a puzzler - glad you got it sorted! If you haven't already, it might be worth running some diagnostics on your computer, especially on the hard drive. Hopefully everything's fine, but random issues like that can sometimes be caused by hardware issues.

So after exhaustive testing I can confirm the mod is now working as expected. I don't know what was causing the original issue, I fiddled with some settings on my computer and now the exact same playset works fine. Sorry for the headache

@steppingfire I've tested with those assets that are failing for you, and I have no problems whatsoever loading them here (and just to be sure, I got somebody else to test and confirm) - so it looks like something very specific with your setup.

I can see from your log that there's a mod interfering with the loading process and causing errors, but not which one specifically, so there might be a bit of trial-and-error in locating it. To start with, if you remove Intersection Marking Tool, does that change anything?

Removing adaptive networks mod fixed the assertion failed error but now CSUR is broken, which is weird because adaptive networks isn't a dependency for CSUR and again without LSM I can use either or both without issue. Here is the output log from standard playset + lsm without adaptive networks https://ufile.io/2vhkz0pr

The other issue remains: buildings that definitely work fine without LSM fail to load with LSM. The expected behavior is: a handful of broken assets might fail to load, a larger number of dependencies show as missing. But currently LSM doesn't show anything missing, just shows a bunch of objects failed. A good example is BeijingInnerWall_GateRampLeft. Works without LSM, doesn't with LSM

@steppingfire Okay, something bizarre happened there, that logfile was merged with a webpage... but I think I've managed to decode the key parts. The mod throwing the assertion is 'Adaptive Roads Manager'; if you remove that, can you confirm that the issue goes away?

Yes I verified the game files, the log is from a completely clean setup, absolutely no custom assets local or workshop with only harmony and LSM. Assertion failed occurs when I use my normal playset which works without LSM, but doesn't work when I use LSM
