Mod support
Supported mods:
Any weapon / outfit / etc items that can be equipped from VA or VAS
Any CSAT/AAF/NATO "replacement" addons if they have proper config (i.e. TEC_CSAT)
Almost any maps, except really small ones. Anything close/bigger to stratis will do.
Authentic Gameplay Modification, aka AGM.
Ballistics mods or similar "balance" mods.
Vehicle addons is also supported, but you will need to edit support_request.sqf and support.sqf to manually add them.
TFAR / ACRE.

Probably supported:
ASR AI and other "complex" AI overhaul - should be supported now, but i only checked it for ~2h with AGM AI tweaks and ASR AI. Btw, makes game _extremely_ difficult on mid-high AI skill settings, so probably should be only played with friends - since someone should be defending base like 24/7. Some high command squads is fine too.

Not supported:
ALiVE, MCC and similar tools.
ZEUS.

You add the F-35 wich afoturnedly i already try it, but the best addon planes are the F/A-18 and F/X-18 i think, is a variable of the F/A-18 and for OPFOR units the SU-27, you can do a script to be regenerate above each bases as random planes, also add them to the Support buy list, but that is the easiest part. Is only a suggestion i wont get angry if you dont think the same. ill keep playing it. :)

No planes for now, but i'll probably add F/A-18 variants (just because i play with them myself, lol)

Just curious, will this work well with ACE3? Since AGM is pretty much discontinued and has merged into ACE3. I tried it briefly and I noticed that I could not take on side missions, I basically got stuck in an infinite loading screen every time. Other than that I do love this version of the DUWS mod.

Heal at base will not work (i'll try to look into fix, but i do not play arma ATM), but all other functions will work without any problems. Infinite load screen - which map you played? Smaller maps (IE utes) have issues loading missions.

It did not seem to work on either Stratis or Altis. I'm not entirely sure, but after installing ACE3 side missions would not load.

Heye, is there a way i can implement zeus my self? i tried it, it actually implemented, but once in game (MP) everything was AI default & it didn't ask me to put the HQ somewhere could you maybe help me?

I figured it out a few months ago by the way, could be useful to put here.

But if you run A.C.E.3 with DUWS then you need to go into the mod files and remove nomap.pbo I think it is called.

Because ACE3 adds a different map I guess it does not recognize where it can put the side missions.

It should be noted that VCom is definitely not being supported. It causes the base defences to shoot at each other and lags up the server a lot, which is clearly apparent from the very start. Strangely, DUWS Modified lists it as supported.

it _was_ supported back in the day. Maybe author changed something. I hasn't used AI mods for a long time now.
