Essentially, like you've done with the warband upgrade mechanic - I think the new path to glory mechanic is amazing & could work great with other factors.

Like an Empire captain - could dedicate to becoming a hero knight of the blazing sun, or another sub-type of leader.

Some factions could see ascension type mechanics. Great mod anyway!
