possible upsides:
crit or minicrit from behind and from headshot
+50% accurate
possible downsides:
20% less damage or slower firing speed.
maybe headshot are op, but we can't tell until we tried.
+25% Damage
Clip size of 8
Ammo Capacity of 16
I'm thinking it's meant for stealthy hit and run plays, with very good damage but low ammo capacity
Really love this concept. Since it still has a little bullet spread it'd be unreliable at long ranges, ensuring it doesn't fall into the "diet sniper" problem. That gives it a lovely niche spot of ambushing players at midrange, just outside of effective scattergun distance. Couple this with the reduced sound, it it'd be the perfect tool for taking out the backlines of a grouped-up team without risking immediate violent retaliation.
I'd balance it with reduced clip size and slower reload, meaning it can't just be spammed. That'd emphasize the necessity for aim.
Crits when it should mini crit
Reduced clip size
Reduced firing speed
Pros:
- Reduced volume on all shots
- 15% increased damage
- 80% increased accuracy
- Depending on what is easier to implement into the game, either deals critical hits when out of sight of any player or critical hits on attacks to the back.
Cons:
- 66% decreased magazine capacity
- 35% reduced firing speed
A weapon that can be used as both a fantastic opener to a hasty ambush or a means of pestering the enemies backline when you are low on health or ammo.
Pros:
90% more clip size
15% more healing from health kits
Cons:
-20 max health
60% more cloak consumed
Maybe give it a headshot cooldown and crit damage falloff like the amby? also the magazine could be 8 rounds(or 9 if you count the bullet in the chamber) just like the real-life counterpart PB pistol
+ 15% faster firing speed
- 15% damage penalty
- no random crits
