Seems as if all the planetary preferences error out and no planet type is allowed to be selected as uma. not sure if this is a bug or if i'm messing something up personally however i can not get past empire creation over the conflict. hoping i just missed something.

Sure, it happened in a few hours after 4.1 update. However, this mod works normally after the update at 9.23 in my test
