- Added the mod to the workshop

- Changed some flavour text and made them have 100 in hack
- Fixed an obvious typo (specters, really ?)
- Added some flavour text (thanks to "Commander Ed Nammoc" for those)
- Changed their detection radius
- Changed the horror ability to a custom horror (same one, but target aliens), might fix the issues of this ability.

- Changed the command to "AddSpecterSquaddie" as before it gave you rookie

- The proving ground now require spectre corpse, thank to [FM]Whimsical Chronicles for bringing this bug up
- Changed the "Vanish" ability to "Conceal"

- The spectre now has a proper image in the proving grounds, no more placeholder image
