The Small Grid Shipyard
----------

Apart from carrying a lot of ships, the Vanquisher Mothership can also produce them.
For this it has two shipyards.

The small grid shipyard is located inside the hull, accessable from the rear.

The shipyard can produce the Duelist Strike Craft with two welding areas and
also the Gladiator FAC ind two different assembly areas.

This gives the Vanquisher a good rate of production to replenish the fleet after
a battle.

The Large Grid Shipyard
----------

The Vanquisher can also produce large grid ships from projections.

The large grid shipyard is also located rearwards, but is outside the hull,
being protected by the lower engines.

This shipyard can produce the Vagabond Corvette, Victor Destroyer, Warrior Frigate
and Champion Cruiser one at a time.

Once finished the new ship can be restocked right in the dock with a connector.
After undocking the ship is immediately ready for action.

The Production Facilities
----------

Producing ships does not only require a shipyard, but also the necessary parts
and resources.

For this purpose the Vanquisher Mothership features two small industrial areas
to give it some manufacturing capabilities.

You can feed it ingots directly and make the components you need, or deliver
raw ore and let the refineries do their job.

As long as you feed the vanquisher any form of resource it can do something with it.

The Training Grounds
----------

The Vanquisher Mothership is not a direct combat vessel. It is supposed to be a
mobile staging ground for all sorts of military operations.

That means it is often on very long duration missions. To ensure the combat readiness
of the crew and soldiers, the Vanquisher has a small training area.

The training area consists of a four lane shooting range and a small training course
where you have to navigate tight corridors, while disabling targets and grinding
through a door.

When the training is complete the targets and critical blocks can be welded back up
to operational status with hidden welders.

The Space Combat Simulators
----------

Combat on foot is only half of the equation however.

Combat in space, while flying a spaceship is the other half, that needs to be trained
constantly.

For this, the Vanquisher Mothership has a combat simulator where pilots can train
their skills with the Duelist Fighter Drone.

The Drones are on gyroscopic mounts, that enable a limited range of motion. The large
screen can show different combat situations to be trained for.

The Life Pods
----------

If all this training can't help you anymore, there may be no other way to abandon ship.

While the Vanquisher certainly has a lot of ships, that can transport multiple crew members
in an emergency, it is always good to have dedicated life pods.

The Vanquisher features 24 lifepods.
These have been upgraded and can now seat up to three people each.

That means up to 72 people can escape via the life pods, if there are no more ships left.
