Something weird is going on.
For some reason, that horse still has the variable horse_for_sale. You shouldn't be able to have it without a horse stable, and much less see it.
- How did you get it?
- Did you load your game with other conflicting mods? Because if that is so, then it doesn't matter that you get rid of them. Their events are loaded in the database and will continue to affect your game.
You did a great job with the bug report, and I was stupid enough to miss what was in front of my eyes.
I have an inconsistent coding practice for artifacts: for horses I use 1 vs. 0, for all others I use yes vs. no, and in that case I mixed both up. That's why horses disappeared.
It will be solved in the next update, after the new DLC (8th September).
